DEPOSITS
The deposit requirement for reserving a unit is equivalent to one nights stay. Deposits will only be refunded by Credit for the same season in which it was initially collected, if canceled 60 days prior to the reserved date. Upon arrival, you are responsible for the full period you reserved.

EXTRA OCCUPANTS
There is no extra charge for extra people in a cabin providing it is occupied by ONE HOUSEHOLD. Multiple households in one cabin will be charged for extra people over the cabin rate.

Cabins #5 and #6, you will be allowed to have 2 extra children under the age of 10 over the cabin rate.

DOGS
We DO NOT ALLOW pets at the resort unless prior arrangements have been made, and then in cabins #1 and #7 only. There is a $ 75.00 charge, for each dog, regardless of how long they are with our guests! All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and must be walked on the trails across the road. Dogs are absolutely not allowed on or near the beach! Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their dog and keeping their dog quiet! You will also be held financially responsible for any damage your pet creates.
